[21] В «Практике психотерапии» СПб. 1998, в работе «Психология переноса», пар. 454, Юнг замечает двоякий смысл слова «solutio» в алхимической литературе. «Погружение в «море» означает «растворение» в физическом смысле слова» и, одновременно, согласно Дорну, решение проблемы». Дорн пишет в «Theatrum Chemicum» (Ursel, 1602), vol. 2, «Speculativae philosophiae», p. 303: «Studio philosophorum comparatur putrefactio chemica…. Ut per salutionem corpora solvuntur, ita per cognitionem resolvuntur philosophorum dubia» [Химическое разложение можно сравнить с философскими исследованиями…. Подобно тому, как тела растворяются с помощью жидкости, так сомнения философов решаются с помощью знаний].
[22] Большое значение, которое имеет в алхимии пересечение словесного и физического, показывает виньетка на титульном листе книги Кунрата «Amphiteatrum sapiential» (Hanau, 1604). Она представляет собой «графическую иллюстрацию двойственного образа алхимии. Картина разделена на две части. Справа изображена лаборатория, где человек, одетый только в рабочие штаны, работает у огня; слева изображена библиотека, в которой беседуют друг с другом аббат, монах и человек, не принадлежащий к духовному сословию. В центре, на печи, стоит треножник, а на нем круглая колба, в которой находится крылатый дракон. Дракон символизирует предвидение и опыт алхимика, работающего в лаборатории и «теоретизирующего»» (Юнг К.Г., «Психология и алхимия», Рефл-Бук. 1997 пар. 404). Надпись на виньетке гласит: «Лаборатория и оратория».
