Для обозначения такой «заботливой» конфронтации я придумал термин carefrontationcare (забота) и confrontation (конфронтация). Без заботы о чувствах другого человека конфронтация может легко ранить. Однако чрезмерная чуткость может препятствовать здоровой конфронтации и вести к стагнации.
